Scammers and vandals hamper London's ULEZ launch

Mayor Sadiq Khan's attempt to expand the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) to outer London boroughs is being hampered on several fronts.

A Sky News investigation has found fraudsters have been selling counterfeit ULEZ exemption certificates on social media.

And cameras are being damaged by vandals opposed to the expansion.
