Vandals attacking ULEZ cameras may have run up a bill of nearly £10m in the sixth months since the scheme has been launched.

Figures show that from April to October, police recorded 220 cameras being stolen and 767 damaged.

Each camera is believed to be worth £10,000, meaning a total close to £10m if all have been replaced.

TalKTV’s Ian Collins hit out at the Mayor of London over the controversial scheme.

Ian: "It's not the Crown Jewels, for God's sake - it's a bunch of cameras."
