“It’s Nothing Short Of A Disgrace” Susan Hall Reacts To ULEZ Ruled Lawful

Sadiq Khan has won a legal battle against five Conservative-led local councils in the High Court after a judge ruled he was ‘acting within his powers’ to expand London's Ultra Low Emission Zone next month.

TalkTV’s Mike Graham is joined by London Mayoral Candidate Susan Hall AM who says Sadiq Khan’s ULEZ win is “nothing short of a disgrace”.

Susan adds: “He’ll be very smug about this. He doesn’t understand that Londoners, his very own constituency if you like, are against this. He’s just not listening!”
