Man Tackles Police Officer After Allegedly Kissing Step-Sister & Fighting (Bodycam)

Police bodycam video shows 22-year-old Russell Slimon allegedly tackling a Volusia County deputy who showed up to break up a fight in the street in Florida on Tuesday. According to reports, the alleged fight started when Slimon's girlfriend said she saw him forcibly kiss his 16-year-old stepsister.

The fight was reported by a caller who indicated a weapon may be involved. After the dust settled, deputies determined Slimon had wrapped a leash around one victim's neck, pulled him off a barstool, choked his mother and also attacked four others during the incident. He's charged with aggravated battery, felony domestic battery by strangulation, misdemeanor battery, two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, two counts of resisting with violence, and three counts of child abuse without great harm.
