THIS is the chilling moment a criminal slashed a man to death in broad daylight.

Evil Ernesto Ellliot carried out the brutal murder after he was saved from deportation by a Labour MP and several celebs.

The Jamaican national was due to be sent home on a Home Office flight in December 2020 after being convicted of knife crime.

However, thanks to a last-minute human rights appeal his deportation was avoided, reports MailOnline.
