The King's address to parliament wasn't all smooth sailing as he was greeted by crowds of anti-monarchy protesters on his route back to Buckingham Palace.
The group of Republican activists chanted "not my king" and "down with the crown" as the monarch's carriage drove past.
The King’s speech to parliament marked the first King's speech since 1950.
In the speech The King delivered Prime Minister Rishi Sunak's agenda for the upcoming year, including tougher sentences on violent offenders and increasing economic growth.
The monarch also paid tribute to his late mother Queen Elizabeth's years of devotion and service in his historic address.
