Uploading and sharing pictures and videos that you don’t own the copyright to is actually illegal. We have notices on our site that informs users of the consequences of sharing content they don’t own. It can vary from simply having the offending account deleted to assisting local law enforcement agencies, as sometimes they content is shared maliciously.
Even if you took the picture or video on your phone or camera, you still require the consent of the people in the image before uploading it.
A quick and easy way to get content removed from our site is by reporting it using the report button found on all media pages. Our admin team will always review reports as quickly as possible and act accordingly.
You can also email our DMCA email address which is [email protected]
There are also companies out there which provide a service where they would approach all th sites on your behalf and request for the content to be removed. Sometimes this can be the best option especially if your images have been shared on multiple sites.
Here are a couple of companies we have found, we havent used them ourselves but have worked with them when they have contacted us for assistance.

Has Your Content Been Posted Without Your Consent
In a small survey conducted on our Twitter page which has at the time 1500 followers, it was a unanimous “No” to the question: Have you ever had your nude pics or vids shared without your consent?
Before we posted the survey we assumed that there would be a noticeable portion of people who have had this happen to them. But to our surprise, everyone who completed the survey had say No, this hasnt happened to them .
